The horizontal bead mill, horizontal pearl mill or horizontal sand mill is used for the agrochemcial materials wet grinding. The purpose is to make sure the final small particle size. The bead mill reduce the big particle size raw materials into the small final products. The pearl mill is widely used in the pesiticide, herbicide etc.
We show our ZM0.3 lab use horizontal bead mills. Its grinding chamber volume is only 0.3liter. The agrochemical manufacturer need the small lab testing machine. When the operator input 0.5-1kg raw materials into the ZM0.3 lab horizontal bead mill and run the mill. Then the horizontal bead mill will run automatically and circulated automatically. After 1 hour later, testing the grinded materials particle size.
Except the lab bead mill, Degold also produce the big volume for the production. The 30L, 50L, 100L, 200L horizontal bead mills are normal in the agrochemical grinding fields. The two sets horizontal bead mills works together with the grinding beads to be a production line. It is automatically.
